aren't you tired of making excuses?!

OK, I'm shaking things up here so pay attention.

This is a literal kick in the butt (tough-love-style)

Since 2015 our agency has helped over 130 business owners find their voice and launch their authority-building podcast.

We charge $5K to setup and launch a show. This is what we do:

  • Provide FullCast’s launch strategy and planning template
  • Guidance and coaching on branding of the show (podcast name and description)
  • Design and creation of podcast artwork.
  • Creation of episodic graphics templates based on podcast cover art for episode-specific promotion
  • Assist in selecting podcast intro/outro music as needed
  • Setup and configuration of our preferred podcast hosting platform via Captivate.fm. This platform provides excellent dynamic ad insertion capabilities if that is a need in the future.
  • Direct & produce Episode Zero (podcast trailer)
  • Support of submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all top podcast directories on client’s behalf
  • Support creation of your podcast website which will allow for episode summaries, blog posts and guest details.
  • Consult on creation of host-read promo and guidance on best practices.
  • Consulting on the creation of a content launch plan.
  • Creation of a client portal for tracking of all podcast guides, guest communications and best practice templates*
  • Creation of a client Slack channel for direct communication with our production team*
  • Review and setup of client’s YouTube channel. Setup and configuration of Podcast & Shorts playlists.
  • Consult on a sponsorship strategy. We can leverage existing relationships and consult on new agreements as needed.
  • Ongoing coaching on all aspects of podcast format, interviews and scheduling*

*For those that continue working with us.

In the interest of providing a kick in the butt,

I'm offering a 50% discount off of our setup for the first 3 people that sign up.

Yes, read that line again.

This is not a 'fake scarcity' tactic.

This is what I have the capacity for at this time.

I'm tired of people making excuses for why they haven't launched their authority-building podcast and I want to help.

But you've got to meet me half-way.

3 spots left.

If your podcast feels stuck Reader, here’s a tough truth: It’s probably not your gear, your voice, or your guest list. It’s your lack of clarity. You’re trying to be too many things to too many people. Your show description is vague. Your titles are cute but confusing. Your calls to action? Nonexistent or buried. When your podcast lacks direction, your audience can’t follow it—let alone grow with it. This is the Clarity stage in The Podcaster’s Labyrinth. It’s where the real pros break...

The paradise theater glows at night with moving cars.

Let’s be real Reader—hitting “publish” isn’t enough anymore. You pour hours into recording, editing, and uploading an episode… and then what? You hope someone finds it? That’s not a growth strategy. That’s a gamble. Podcasting isn’t just about creating—it’s about getting your content in front of the right people, consistently. That’s the Expansion phase of The Podcaster’s Labyrinth. It’s also where most creators get stuck. But here’s the good news: you don’t need to hustle harder to solve...
