I'm rethinking my podcast, maybe you should too

I spent some time this week reflecting on my own podcast. Not just the surface stuff like titles or artwork—but the deeper question:

Is this still aligned with where I’m going?

Sometimes we get so caught up in staying consistent that we forget to pause and ask if we’re still on the right path. That’s how shows drift out of alignment—slowly, silently, until they feel like more of a chore than a creative outlet.

So I’ve been revisiting my format. Re-evaluating my flow. Tweaking the way I open and close. Getting more intentional about the journey I’m taking listeners on.

It’s the part where you step back, zoom out, and re-design the structure so it actually supports your next level—not just your old one.

That’s also the Structure pillar my S.T.A.R.S. podcast roadmap. The container matters. It holds the power of your message.

So here’s your Sunday nudge:

Does your podcast still fit the creator you’re becoming?

If not, what’s one small adjustment you can make this week to bring it back into alignment?

Growth isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about doing what feels right.

We're talking growth Reader! A few weeks ago, my partner and I started our garden from seed. We cleared off an old shelf. Set up LED lights. Planted trays of tiny, hopeful seeds. It’s nothing flashy—just a simple, intentional system. And that’s exactly why it’ll work. You see, the craziest thing is that within 24 hours we spotted the beginnings of the tiniest of sprouts. One day! See, growth—whether we’re talking tomatoes or podcasts—isn’t magic. It’s structure. Environment. Support. It’s...

Reader, Let me tell you something I’ve seen behind the scenes: The podcasters who are growing the fastest right now? They’re not working harder. They’re not recording more. They’re not glued to their laptops at 1am editing reels and writing posts. They’re using AI tools with intention. And no, I’m not talking about spammy bots or soulless automation. I’m talking about a smarter, more sovereign way to run your podcast. They’ve built workflows that take one powerful episode and turn it into: ✅...

If you’re still waking up wondering “What should I post about my podcast today?”—you’re solving the wrong problem. It’s not a creativity issue. It’s a structure issue. You don’t need more ideas—you need a system that turns every episode into a week’s worth of scroll-stopping content. A way to take what you’re already saying and repurpose it across platforms without starting from scratch each time. I’ve been deep in this with clients, and I’ve seen it over and over:Once you lock in your...
