Gotta love Saturday projects! Today, my partner and I did a full clean-out of our chicken coop. Last week's snowfall resulted in their coop getting wet and we knew that was not healthy for them. So off I went to buy the supplies—fresh pine flakes, lime, and a bag of sand. But as we got started, we quickly realized something… we were going to need three more bags of sand. Ugh. For a second, I thought about just making do with what we had. After all, we could still move forward, right? But then, we both agreed—the right thing to do was for me to drive back to Home Depot and get what we actually needed to do the job right. I could hear my dad's voice "How you do anything is how you do everything." And it made all the difference. After we were done, the girls made their way back into the coop and were giddy with excitement. They proceeded to do their dust-bathing thing and we had smiles on our faces. When it comes to podcasting I see similar behavior. New podcasters get super excited and they start their shows without all the right pieces in place. They think, “I’ll just make do,” or “I’ll figure it out as I go.” Then, a few months later, they’re frustrated. Guests aren’t sharing, interviews feel awkward, and the show isn’t growing. That’s because having the right system upfront saves you time, energy, and frustration down the road. That’s exactly why I created The Podcast Influence Accelerator Workshop. In this live workshop, I’ll give you the exact guest booking, interview, and follow-up process that top podcast hosts use to turn guests into powerful promoters and long-term connections. Don’t start your podcasting journey thinking you can just “make do.” Get the right pieces in place from the start. |

The best podcasts don’t just attract big audiences—they attract the right...
Think you ‘don’t have time’ to podcast? The problem isn’t time—it’s the system. A well-structured workflow means recording one day per month can keep your show consistent. AI tools, batching episodes, and outsourcing editing can free up hours. The key isn’t working harder—it’s working smarter. Most podcasters struggle with inconsistent publishing not because they lack time, but because they’re stuck in inefficiency. They: [X] Record one episode at a time instead of batching. [X] [X] Spend...
Gotta love Mondays Reader! A clean slate. A fresh start. There's nothing better than starting the week off on the right foot. You've got your week planned out, your calendar's looking great and you're motivated to get stuff done! It's when you don't have a plan that things start to feel overwhelming. Not necessarily because of the tasks, but due to fear of the unknown. Starting a podcast can be similar—not because of the tech, but because of the fear. Fear of not sounding ‘good enough.’Fear...
