What frequency are you broadcasting at today?

Saturdays are my catch up reading days.

Even better if it’s a bit of a mind-bender.

I just started Pippa Oona’s ‘A Map of Secret Rivers’ and this paragraph resonated strongly:

"This is this is why gratitude and positivity are so important. Everything we do, think, say, feel, and believe is a frequency command."

That means that every word you speak, every thought you think, every belief you hold—it’s all a frequency command.

Whether you realize it or not, you’re constantly broadcasting a signal. And your podcast is an extension of that signal.

  • If you believe you’re not ready to launch…
  • If you feel like your voice doesn’t matter…
  • If you think no one will listen…

That frequency gets woven into every episode, every interview, every interaction.

But here’s the shift:

  • When you speak from belief…
  • When you lead with clarity…
  • When you trust your voice and your message…

Your audience feels it.

Your guests respond to it.

Your podcast begins to attract the right people—not just listeners, but collaborators, clients, and supporters.

This isn’t just about content. It’s about alignment.

Inside The Podcast Influence Accelerator Workshop, we’re not just talking strategy—we’re tuning your process to match the frequency of your future self:

The one who shows up with confidence,

builds real relationships with guests,

and grows a show that amplifies their mission.

You’re already transmitting something. Why not make sure it’s intentional?

Join me inside the workshop and let’s make your frequency count.

I’ve recorded a lot of interviews over the years—some inspiring, some fun, some forgettable. But every now and then, an episode hits different. One guest in particular cracked something open in me. It wasn’t just their story—it was the way they told it. The honesty. The energy. The unexpected clarity that came from that conversation stuck with me long after we hit “stop.” It changed the way I prep. It changed how I listen. It changed how I show up to the mic. We often think about the value...

It’s 11:10 as I write this email. I just realized that I hadn’t sent my daily email. You know, the one I’ve been sending since January of this year. And for a micro-second I thought, “oh well, I’ll just start again tomorrow.” Oh, hellllzzz no. Which is why I’m pecking this out on my iPhone. Consistency is good. Commitment is better. Let’s get real for a second. Are you a podcaster… or just a content machine going through the motions? I ask because I’ve seen it—heck, I’ve lived it. You’re publishing every week. You’re consistent. But something feels off. You’re showing up… but not really showing up. That spark you had when you first hit record? Gone. The excitement about your message? Replaced with checklists and burnout. Here’s the hard truth: Consistency without intention is just noise. If you’re not clear on where your...
